What this product does for you

Customer relations Improve customer relations

Every time a customer creates an order and chooses to pay by check, bank transfer or administrative mandate, the customer has to complete offline actions in order to pay, but they can forget or change their mind.

This module allows to send a reminder email to the customer and to receive an alert if the customer still didn’t send payment.
  • Choose the sending time delay of the first reminder from the order date.
  • Choose the sending time delay of the second reminder after the first.
  • Configure an alert to the site administrator after the second customer reminder.

The module includes a Dashboard that shows each offline payment order’s:
  • Order ID
  • Customer’s email address
  • Order amount
  • Numbers of days since order creation
  • Payment method
  • Order status
  • Read status of first and second reminder

The module allows the seller to program a message delay by entering the number of days, after the customer has created an order, for the first reminder and then for the second reminder. An email is also sent to the seller as a reminder that the order is not complete due to a lack of payment after a programmed number of days after the second reminder.
The reminder emails include details about how to pay, based on the customer payment method: check, bank transfer or administrative mandate (France).
