In order to increase security and simplicity, we are implementing a single authentication system. Therefore, signing in with PayPal won’t be possible on our marketplace, from April 2nd on. Read morearrow_right_alt

To continue to access your personal space on PrestaShop Addons, we simply invite you to reset your password as of now by clicking on the link below.

You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Your Addons account will not be affected in any way by this development.

How does it help you?

The professional service will avoid any issues that might occur during the installation process, improve your eStore's performance, and, most importantly, save your time. With extensive experience in the PrestaShop eCommerce platform, we will take care of your selected module.

What does it include:
  • The installation of native modules (excluding configuration) for PrestaShop from 1.6.x - 1.7.x versions.
  • Module installation of a module bought on addons.prestashop.com (not including Zen options and excluding configuration); 
  • Necessary functionality testing (to test if default functionalities work correctly);
  • Feedback from our team regarding overrides, possible suggestions, or conflicts.

Installation

Terms:
  • It's a one-time service-per-module that is valid for 6 months after purchase.*
  • Receive an answer from the professional support team within 72 hours (during business hours)
  • Support is available from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm  (GMT+2)
  • Support languages: English
  • Teamviewer support is not available.
  • Compatibility. The module version must be compatible with your e-shop version.
  • Valid only for modules from PrestaShop Addons'' marketplace (Exception: Design themes as well as payment, delivery, analytics, SEO, and advertising modules installation) with an original order number.

*The ticket includes simple installation of a module of your choice and necessary testing to ensure that the modules' default features are working correctly out of the box. The Client is informed of any issues found by our team and can contact the module support.

Discounts do not apply to Support Plans. 

We provide easy installation process:

Once the installation ticket is purchased, please contact the Developer with the following details:
  • SSH or FTP access
  • Database access 
  • URL and login access to the Back Office
  • ZIP file of the module and provided documentation
  • (Optional) In case you have a multistore, then a domain name would be required.

After the required information and module are provided, our team will install it and report back to you.

Excluded additional services:
  • Fixing modules' bugs. As it might be a third-party module or your recently bought module (The newly purchased modules comes with three months' support), we are only responsible for the installation process. For any bugs in a module or code errors -  you should contact the module developer.
  • Configuration of modules. Each module configuration depends on specific circumstances and should be arranged following individual business goals and configured by the Client himself. Configuration of the back office or any other modules.
  • Support for technical issues of the module. In this case, you should contact the module developer.
  • Any assistance for a solution whose core has been changed by the third party.
  • Actions performed on versions of the PrestaShop software which are under development; Actions performed on PrestaShop software whose core has been modified by the User or at the latter's request.
