Features

1. Provide a return choice
PrestaShop Order Return Manager provides three return choices to your customers: Credit, Refund and Replacement, which means the customer can either ask for store credits that would be reflected in his account wallet, or they can request for a full refund or a replacement.

2. Set up your return policies
Create your return policies and highlight your terms and conditions on the return form. Mention the number of days within which the customer can expect the credits, refund or replacement.

3. Ask customers for the reason for return
Add some of the common reasons for return and display them in the return form. It will help customers in easily picking out their return reason while they place the return request. Asking for Return reason will help you figure out the issues and rectify them to avoid such happening again in the future.

4. Create return on customer behalf
If customers are facing any issue while placing the return request, they can request the merchant to place the return request on their behalf. You just require the email address of the customer and the order reference id.

5. Upload the product image to highlight the defect
Customers can upload the image of the product to be specific about the return reason. It will also help the merchant to better understand the issue in the product.

6. Check your pending returns
All the return requests raised by the customers will be displayed under the Pending Returns list. From there, the admin can approve or deny a return and check the return reason.

7. Check your active returns
Returns approved by the admin reflect under the Active Returns List. This section consists of the options to deny a return, change the return status, check the return history and mark the return process as complete.

8. See all the completed returns at one place
Admin can view all the completed returns under Archives List. In addition to this, the admin can filter out the data for a specific period.

9. Decide who should be paying for the shipping
PrestaShop Return Manager addon provides you with two options for the shipping price. You can either ask the customer to pay for shipping or you can pay the shipping price yourself.

10. Create return status to display the return progress
Display the return status to your customers at every stage and inform them about the return progress, like when the return has been processed, returned, rejected, etc.

11. Set up multiple store addresses for easy convenience of customers
Setting up multiple store locations will allow customers to choose their nearby store while they place the return request. Once the return is approved, a return slip is generated that contains the return guidelines and a return label. A customer needs to affix the label to the package and sent to the store address from his nearest post office.

12. Generate a return slip once the return request is approved
The return slip contains the store address and the return guidelines. The customer can download the slip once his/her return request is approved by the admin.

13. Craft your emails
Deliver a mail to your customers at every return stage.
PrestaShop Return Manager comes up with 6 in-built email templates. You can design your email content accordingly.

14. Make additional changes through Custom CSS/JS
The Custom CSS/JS option enables you make further changes in this module.
