Who can add review:

STORE REVIEWS WIDGET:

You can select ANY store reviews title color ( color picker included ). With color picker you can select any color for title of the widget. Only in the positions: Left Side and Right Side

You can select store reviews block ANY background color ( color picker included ) With color picker you can select any color for background of the widget

Support 6 positions: Left column, Right column, Footer, Home, Left Side, Right Side

This widget contains a summary rating of the store reviews and shows its average rating (stars) and last store reviews

STORE REVIEW PAGE:

Admin can send response on the store review and can send email notification to customer with response

Add store review form include:

Rating, Name, Email, Avatar (user can upload own avatar), Web URL Address, Company, Address, Country, City, Message, Files (user can upload images for store review)

Admin can enable/disable following fields: Avatar, Web URL Address, Company, Address, Country, City, Captcha (only for non-registered users)

User can filter by ratings on the frontend store reviews page, user page. User can search store reviews on the frontend

User can sort by: "Rating: Lowest first", "Rating: Highest first", "Date: Oldest first", "Date: Newest first" for store reviews on the frontend

EMAIL FEATURES ( CUSTOMER REMINDER ) FOR PRODUCT REVIEW AND STORE REVIEWS (INCLUDE 2 CUSTOMER REMINDERs):

- You can choose to send your customers an automatic email reminder to invite them to rate the products they have ordered a few days after their purchase

- IMPORT OLD ORDERS and send your customers an automatic email reminder to invite them to rate the products

- Send emails only for the orders with the selected status (Payment accepted , Delivered, Remote payment accepted, etc …). You can select any status in module settings.

- Statistics for Customer reminder

- Filter by date for Customer reminder statistics

- Possibility send manually emails to customers in module settings for customer reminder

- Possibility send email to customer a second time for customer reminder

- Add option: Delay between each email in seconds. The delay is intended in order to your server is not blocked the email function

- Add option: Number of emails for each cron call. This will reduce the load on your server. The more powerful your server - the more emails you can do for each CRON call!

This module is very good. it has many functionalities and supports multi languages. You can almost change every setting you would like to. But most important (for me at least) is the level of support. I had a small design issue with my css, which comes outside my expertise, and they solved it quickly and professional. So, yes I can definitely recommend this module and company.
