Overview

This module let's you assign a customer or customer group to a employee. The employee will only receive mails and see their assigned customers and orders. And will only see their assigned customers orders.

What this module does for you

If your company has a employee responsible for a certain customer, you can assign that employee so other employee's cant see orders and customers that are not assigned to them. Easily setup a reselleter employee account to link the employee to a group of customers.

What your customers will like

Have their orders automatically delivered to their responsible employee. So the employee is informed faster to actually get the order ready. And have a personal reference for the order with the linked employee.

Installation

After the installation and enabling the module, any employee that is not a Superadmin will only see his/her assigned customers and orders. If you don't make any links, the other employees wont be able to see any customer/order. If you have a different backoffice language installed, you can manually translate the module in the /mails and /translations folders.

For the demo store, you can login with 2 employee accounts.

Simple but effective module, and great support!

I was looking for that module so long and here it is! Now I am in a contact with a developer all the time to make it more "feature empowered". Module installation is easy, but it has a strong evolution stage right now and sometimes requires to be refreshed or reinstalled in Store to work properly. I am strongly satisfied anyway and because it is still in development (many updated) and many features are on "to do list", I can only say - waiting for an update! Great contact with developer, amazing response and support to it! Thank you!
