To download an invoice, simply log in to your customer account and open your order history. Choose the order number you are interested in and click on the corresponding pink "Invoice" icon. The invoice will open as a PDF, which you can save to your computer.

Once you have generated an invoice, the accounting information cannot be modified (VAT number, amount, etc.). However, it is possible to change the name on the invoice, as well as the billing address.
If you cannot find your invoice, it may be because:

• There was a payment error and your order has not been confirmed.

It couldn't be easier: simply go into your vendor account and generate an invoice for the desired amount as soon as that amount is bankable.
The whole process is explained in detail in our contributor FAQ. Transfers are made once a week, on Thursday. The requested amount will appear in your account the next day (Friday).
Transfers can sometimes take a little time, so please be patient, and bear in mind that we do not control the entire chain from our bank to your account!

In certain circumstances, your customers may ask you for a refund for a product. Such a request should only be accepted if it is made within two months of the purchase date and meets one of the following conditions:

• The customer has purchased the same product several times by mistake;

• There was a misunderstanding at the time of purchase. In such cases, you can accept the refund request by replying directly to your customer's message. The request will automatically be transferred to PrestaShop. We will process it as promptly as possible and your customer will be informed directly. There is therefore no need for the customer to contact us directly.

PrestaShop may also refund a product directly, without your customer going through you, in the following cases:

• Your customer has opened a dispute on PayPal. PayPal has unilaterally decided that it is legitimate and therefore refunds the customer's money;

• Your product has been purchased fraudulently and the real owner of the card or PayPal account used for the transaction has reported the payment as fraudulent.

In both cases, the customer's bank or PayPal recovers the funds paid and the sale is refunded.
