The default PrestaShop installation does not provide a one-click tool that allows you to obtain important accounting and financial data: tax due, net sales volume after discounts and, most importantly, profit and profit margin.

Not only will this report provide you with all this data, but it will even allow you to answer questions like "what percentage of total sales and / or profits does this specific brand, supplier or product category represent ?".

This stylish and pleasant AJAX based module allows you to generate different types of preformed reports with all this information. They can be viewed on screen in HTML format or exported as a CSV file to manipulate in Excel and / or import into any other information or accounting system.

DECISIONAL REPORTING : ADVANCED ANALYTICS FOR A BETTER PROFITABILITY OF YOUR SHOP

Have you ever asked yourself "what percentage of total sales and / or profits does this specific brand, supplier or product category represent ?". This module will allow you to answer this question and many more. Whether we’re talking about specific products, brands or customers, you will at last be able to benefit from a powerful tool that will help you see and make sense of your numbers with incredible ease. This will in turn allow you to make better decisions about your catalog (choice of products), as well as your customers and promotions (targeted offers to build up loyalty).




9 types of preformed reports are available:
 
  • Basic: basic order information and important numbers
  • Tax: focuses on tax billed on your orders
  • Profit: focuses on profit and profit margin on your orders
  • Complete: provides all the information available about your orders
  • Products: quantity, sales volume, profit and profit margin, as well as % contribution to total sales and profits (with cumulative column too), on a product by product basis, allowing you to identify the most profitable products on your shop. Breakdown by attribute combination (size, color etc...) and product photos are also available.
  • Brand: same as the product report, but giving you your numbers by brand
  • Supplier: Same as the brand report, but by supplier
  • Category: same as the brand report, but by product category
  • Customer / CRM: CRM oriented report. Average cart, # of orders and products ordered, sales, profitability, link to products ordered. Quickly identify your best and most profitable customers !
  • Avoirs : To be as accurate as possible from an accounting point of view and offer you a complete toolbox, this last report lets you see all your refunds in one place



Various search / selection criteria are available:

  • For all reports: order or invoice date, order or invoice number, order status, country
  • For product reports: same as for orders, but you can also select specific product categories and / or brands
     
Moreover, reports can be sorted in ascending or descending order on any column. Finally, reports can be viewed on screen or exported to Excel as CSV files for further advanced data manipulation in Excel or any other program.

Installation
