Enable tax exemptions for certain B2B customer groups with Prestashop B2B Invoicing. Remove tax for specific B2B customer groups of your country, Europe, and world. Customers who belong to the selected groups are invoiced without tax.

You are running an online store that sells to individual as well as business customers. Individual customers do not bother much about the taxes. They only want to know the tax-inclusive price while making the purchase at your store. But, this is not the case with B2B customers. Some big entities you do business with may ask you to provide tax exemptions on purchases. Showing tax exclusive price at the checkout is something that can help you influence the purchase decision of B2B customers.

With default Prestashop, you can add tax-exempt business customers to specific groups. These customers can see product prices exclusive of tax on the checkout page. But, the price inclusive of tax will be mentioned on the invoice generated for their orders. Manual edition of the invoices of these customers can be time-consuming and exhausting.

Thanks to Prestashop B2B Invoicing that lets you invoice your B2B customers without tax. Offering tax exemptions to your business customers will help you grow your business.

Executive Account Registration Form

A separate registration form for business customers is integrated into your PrestaShop store. A B2B customer is automatically assigned to the concerned group based on the country selected during registration. Add fields such as website, Ape, SDE, and PEC to the registration form to gather additional information about a customer.

Email notification to you and your selected shop employees whenever a customer creates an executive account on your store. Manually activate the business customers to whom you want to provide tax exemption benefits.

SIRET/VAT Number Verification

Auto-verify your French business customers with the SIRET number. For verification with SIRET, create an account on INSEE website and obtain your API keys. Verify the VAT number of customers who have got their businesses registered in Europe via VIES.
