Overview
This module allows to set custom numbers of your invoices. You can customize the format of invoice numbers with dynamic generated values. You can aslo edit already generated invoice numbers and invoice dates as you wish and remove invoices.

This module change the invoice numbers from old format like #IN000001 to something meaningful, what you can customize as you want. Makes it easier to find invoice for you and also for your customers. Customize easily your invoice numbers as you wish for example to INV-0100/15 or INV-0150/15.
The Module supports multistore. You can create your own invoice number format for each shop separately.
The Custom invoice reference number module supports counter option, which you can use to generate iterative values for each next invoice number. For counter you can set starting value and a step value and you can reset this counter everytime you want. You can set automatic counter reset to every week or every month or every year or counter reset when a value or a selected date is reached. Also you can set counter length from 2 to 9, for example when counter value will be 68 and counter length will be set to 4, final counter value will be 0068 (prefixed by zeros). At configuration of counter you can always see actual next counter number for next invoice number.
If you want to edit invoice number or invoice date or if you want to delete already generated invoice, you can easily do it with this module from orders list. You can use just any characters you want to edit invoice numbers and use date picker to set new invoice date. You can also edit and remove invoices which was generated before this module was installed.

Features
This module integrate many feature options(tags) to create your own format of invoice number. The format for generated reference number can be for example “INV-{RANDOM_NUMBER}/{YEARSHORTCUT}”, which generate reference like “INV-20/15”, where tag is replaced for actual order ID and tag is replaced for actual year in shortcut version.

You can also choose for which order states are allowed invoice editing and for which employees are allowed invoice editing. You can disable remove invoices too.
