Funktionsbeschreibung

This module supports two "Wallet Refill Methods" :

Direct Refill: when the pack is purchased by customer, wallet is refilled directly just after payment.
More secure refill based on two Secure Steps: when the pack is purchased, it is validated by customer himself using secure codes which are sent to him.

I - From BackOffice :

Manage credits packs.
Manage customers wallets.

Manage transactions (deposits, disbursements, refunds, orders, etc.).
Add manual deposit / disbursement to customer.

If wallet refill method is based on two secure steps :

- Manage activation codes (for cards) and security codes.

- Export codes in excel format to print on cards.

- Pick and associate security and activation codes to the purchased pack.

- 1/ First step: send security code to customer by email.

- 2/ Second step: send activation code to customer by postal (Card) or by email.

Provide "statistics" allowing to follow the wallets transactions.
Wallet duration: If enabled, the wallet credits availability will be timely limited. If duration has been reached, the remaining credits in wallet will be reset.

II - FrontOffice Features :

The customer pays a credit pack:
if wallet refill method is direct, wallet will be credited directly by the purchased credits just after pack payment.
if wallet refill is based on 2 steps, after paying pack and receiving successively 2 codes, customer afterwards can unlock the purchased credits.

If you don't want your customers to purchase credits, you can authorize asking for credits through a dedicated form.

After refilling, customer can now place orders in one click using his wallet.
Provide a dashboard for customer in order to manage wallet (balance, latest transactions, deposits of credits, sharing credits, etc.).

Customer can share credits with his friend.
If there is not enough credits in the wallet to complete the payment, the customer can pay the rest of order through another payment method.

III - Other Features :

Automatically refill back customer wallet on order refund (even if the order has been paid with another payment method).
Disburse the purchased credits pack, the credits amount will be directly debited from the customer balance.
Display the balance of wallet in PDF invoices, in navigation bar, my-account page.

Display list of packs in column, Add "Buy more credits" link to the main menu, Captcha, Extra credits (Bonus), Allowing Negative balance.

Help tooltips to guide the user.
