Prestashop EasyPost Shipping is a flexible shipping solution that allows you to connect with major carriers. Integrate all your shipping carriers with an EasyPost account and manage them in the Prestashop store.

Place EasyPost API key in the configuration settings and select the shipping methods you want to offer to your store customers.

Live Shipping Rates

Display live shipping rates for DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Asendia, and other carriers on the checkout page.

Shipment Tracking

Enhance the user experience of your store by providing easy access to tracking information for customers. Post shipment label creation, a tracking link gets available on customers' order details page. Using the link, customers can track the status of their packages.

Prestashop EasyPost Shipping module is Multishop compatible.
Integrate your Prestashop store with an EasyPost account via the EasyPost API key.
Customers can view live shipping rates on the checkout page.
Provides access to UPS, USPS, DHL, Canada Post, FedEx, and other major shipping carriers.
Configure the shipping carriers that you want to offer to your customers.
Generate shipment labels from within your Prestashop store.
Enables order tracking for admins as well as customers.
Admin can create shipment in the back office order details page.
Specify the address from where your packages will be shipped.
Display cheapest, medium or highest shipping rates on the checkout page.

Set the plugin to sandbox mode to test your setup before going into production.
View a list of shipping services along with rates on the back office order details page.
Create custom boxes by setting their height, length, and width.
Option to change box dimensions before creating shipping labels.
Select the format (PDF, PNF, ZPL, EPL2) to download the shipment labels.

Q: How can I configure shipping carriers for my Prestashop store?

A: The shipping carriers you have integrated with your EasyPost account are displayed in the Carrier Account Setting section of module configuration. You need to specify the account ID and select the predefined package for the shipping carrier that you want to provide to customers of your Prestashop store. You can get the account ID of shipping carriers from your EasyPost account.

Q: How can I create shipping labels?

A: Shipment is created at the time of checkout and shipping cost is considered as per the module setting (cheapest, medium or highest). Package dimensions are prefilled in the create shipment section under the admin order details page. If you want to create a shipment again, you need to modify the package dimensions and click on the create shipment button. The shipping service along with rates are displayed on the order details page. You need to click on the Buy Label button mentioned along with the shipping service and after a successful purchase, you can generate the shipping label.

Q: Why do I need to configure default package dimensions and weight?

A: If the product in the cart has no dimension or weight, then this default dimension and weight will be considered.

Q: What dimension is considered if I use a pre-defined package for a carrier?

A: Shipping cost will be calculated based on the pre-defined package and weight of product in the cart. If weight is not available for the product, then default weight will be considered for that product.

Q: Can we use custom boxes as predefined packages?

A: Yes, you can create custom boxes and select a custom box for a particular carrier.
