• In order for our expert support team to deliver the best possible service, you must provide the following information:
• FTP access
• MYSQL access
• Database
• Your site’s URL
• URL to access the Back Office
• E-mail address and password to access the Back Office
• Support is available Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM CET (Central European Time)..
• Support is available in Danish and English.
