You will receive a new password allowing you to directly sign in to your Addons account, without using PayPal. Once logged in, you will be able to change this password in your personal space.

Prestashop WhatsApp Support and Share module is MultiShop Compatible.

With this extension, you can choose to show the support agents or groups when offline at the Prestashop storefront. Select the Prestashop store products and categories for which the support agents or groups will be available. 

Also, you can configure the time slots for each day of the week according to which support agents or groups will be available online to provide support. In this way, you can make sure that the customers' queries are answered quickly.

  • Display the WhatsApp contact button on the home, category, product, contact us, and order history pages.
  • Add share on WhatsApp button on product, order confirmation, and order history pages.
  • Add support agents by specifying name, WhatsApp number, default chat message, and uploading the image.
  • Show or hide the support agent’s contact number at the front end.
  • Add support group by specifying the name, group Id, and uploading the image.
  • Configure default chat message to display along with agent or group name at the front end.
  • Assign support agents and groups to specific products & categories of your Prestashop store.
  • Configure the time slots according to which support agents or groups are displayed.
  • Once added, you can delete the time slot.
  • Manage the availability (offline or online) status of support agents or groups.
  • Show or hide offline support agents or groups at the front end.
  • Set the message to display when the agent or group is offline.
